I did a lot of research and talked to a number of ‘repair places’ before I decided upon COLLISION HEADQUARTERS to repair our new Prius. I was dubious as to whether they could REALLY make it look “like new.” Part of my concern was whether they could remove and replace our ‘HOV Lane Hybrid’ Decals without damaging them (which would mean that we would have the bother and expense of trying to replace them. The Hybrid HOV Lane usage program has a limited number of decals available, so this was a legitimate concern). Other places, including those who were asking a much higher price, said they could not be saved, or that the damage to the bumper would be ‘feathered-out,’ leaving the decals in place – neither was a viable plan.”

Dear Collision Headquarters, 
On September 6, 2006, I was hit by a red truck in a hospital parking lot, in Downtown. The bumper of my Hyundai Sonata was scratched deep, with red paint, about 6-8 inches long and a dent the size of a small grapefruit. I was very worried that this could not be repaired for a reasonable price.

Before they even did anything with my car, they discussed what was going to be done and approximately how long it would take. I am very pleased to have my car looking almost as good as new. The rental car was very convenient for my family and I.
